In collaboration with an administrator and/or colleagues, candidates will conduct an analysis in which they will identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of their school culture, organization, and procedures. This should provide a springboard for identifying a research topic for the Action Research Proposal Paper.
You will submit both Part 1 (the completed SWOT worksheet) and Part 2 (the analysis paper). You may submit them as one document or two separate documents. Blackboard will allow you to submit multiple documents within one submission.
