In your allocated groups, prepare a presentation (video) that offers an evidence-based analysis of ways in which organisations can implement effective collaboration and ways in which they can cultivate a collaborative working community. Your analysis should include discussion of some of the key challenges organisations face in developing collaborative work environments.
Review subject key concepts in weeks 1-5 as a basis for planning and developing this assignment and attend the 2nd and 3rd live workshops for more detailed information and a suggested approach.
Video or presentation: The total video or presentation will last no longer than 15 minutes and it is recommended to include a set of no more than 10 slides. The first slide will include each learner’s name, photo image and title of the presentation. The recommended presentation content (i.e. slides 2-9) will address the 3 criteria noted below (max 3 slides per criteria) using text, images, audio and video content. The concluding slide will include all reference sources used to research and present the assignment.
Groups must ensure that they have reviewed and refered to current collaboration and networking theory and best prctice throughout the presentation. It is expected that all group members contribute equally to this assessment.
