2. Watch the episode of Anthony Bourdain’s Parts Unknown where he travels to Ethiopia (Season 6 Episode 5. While watching, make observations of nonverbal communication and behaviors (used to complete the nonverbal analysis assignment).

You can opt to choose an episode that focuses on a culture of your choice (please pick one you are not familiar with) in place of the “Ethiopia Episode”. I have not watched all of these episodes, so if you choose one of these, please indicate on your assignment which culture, season, and episode you watched.
