The topic is about identifying an opportunity that is strong enough to justify the creation of a new independent venture for a specific market, customer segment, and industry/sector. Having done so, you need to come up with an innovative product and/or service that will allow you to exploit the opportunity the problem/opportunity you have identified.
.The venture I choose is called FIXIT (online platform/app that helps both handymen to offer their services and customers find the right specialist in order to have their homes maintained).
You have to write 3000 words in total. You ONLY have to do the red-colored parts from the file:
Executive summary (400-500 words).
Go-to-market strategy (1000 words)
Financial Plan + Milestones, Risks & Key Metrics (1500-1600 words)
Note that I will send you a presentation version of the project that I finished to help you better understand the point of it, and you need to get based on it as well. Also, you will also have to do the ‘fixed cost’ on the financial plan too.
